George Maronidis, Managing Partner, attended the workshop organized by the Panhellenic Association of Freight Companies regarding the relocation of transport companies from Eleonas to the Municipality of Fyli with the participation of Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF).
Maronidis & Associates Law Firm is the legal counsel of the Panhellenic Association of Freight Companies. The purpose of the workshop was to inform the freight companies about the timetable, scope and benefits of the project, which concerns the creation of a green and innovative Business Park, on a property of about 450 acres in the area of Spilies of the Municipality of Fyli. When this iconic project is completed, Athens will acquire for the first time a modern, green and innovative Business Park for the establishment of transport companies that are now based in Eleonas.
It will also contribute to the enhancement of the productivity and competitiveness of freight companies, the development of the logistics sector and the traffic decongestion of Attica, given that the new park will be connected to the Attiki Odos motorway and the railway network.
