George Mastrokostas

George is a partner at the Thessaloniki office, admitted to practice before the Courts of Appeal of Greece.

His focus is mainly on commercial law, shipping law, civil law, bankruptcy – insolvency law, criminal law, administrative law, environmental law, banking law, property law.

George has successfully acted for and advises:

• the Professional Union of businesses for sea & touristic recreational activities at the region of Halkidiki – Greece (EEFIPAM) in connection with business and environmental law and represents the Union and its members before the local authorities, the governmental bodies and the relevant Courts
• companies on issues of formation of legal entities (personal or capital based), on partners’ liability issues and on issues related to governance and dissolution
• Energy – Biomass Companies in connection with domestic and EU Law and regulations in Energy and in connection with issues related to Public Offerings – Prospectus before the Hellenic Capital Market Commission
• Rescue Training International Ltd on various commercial and corporate law issues and represents the company in contracts and international cases
